Support
can be obtained by sending email to taclis@lejardin.org.
Keep in mind we can only answer questions regarding Le Jardin,
and not more general issues you may have with your client,
your system, or your ISP (that falls under their respective
purview, not ours). When emailing for support, please include
your user name, the client you are using, your operating
system (Windows 3.x, 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP; Mac OS (include
version); Linux (include vendor), UNIX (include vendor),
etc., your connection speed, your country of origin (if
outside the US), the nature of the problem in as much detail
as possible, and, if possible, what you were doing immediately
prior to the problem occurring.
We make
every effort to answer support emails within 12 hours, and
usually much less than that, but it may take up to 24 hours.
